Based on our knowledge, experience, resources and current day research, of web site optimization and search engine marketing we will make every effort possible to provide you with the best possible information and advice to achieve your search engine indexing goals. 

Our goal will be to provide you with a quality service in which you can rely upon to meet the optimization goals that you are seeking. If you apply the information and suggestions that we supply to you, we can guarantee that you will be significantly increasing your chances at a higher success rate in major search engines. However, we can not guarantee any particular rankings or success. Search engine rankings, traffic flow and overall web site success depends on many contributing factors and it would not be appropriate or realistic for us to guarantee anything otherwise.

Limitation of Liability 

Kryss.com Web Services/Eeeek-NET Association, LLC shall submit the Domain Names of Company and the URLs contained therein to search engines. Kryss.com Web Services shall not be responsible for poor search engine rankings. 

Kryss.com Web Services/Eeeek-NET Association, LLC shall not be responsible for, nor be in default under this Agreement due to delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure, or any communication or delivery problems associated with Customer's receipt of the Service data. We shall not be responsible for nor in default due to acts or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment failures, power disruption, earthquakes, or other disasters. 

Kryss.com Web Services/Eeeek-NET Association, LLC's disclaims all liability under this Agreement from and any and all causes, including but not limited to, program malfunction or operational negligence.  In no event will Kryss.com Web Services/Eeeek-NET Association, LLC be responsible for lost profits, or special indirect, incidental or consequential damages which Customer experiences on account of the usage of the preferred Service. 

Disclaimer of Warranties 

We do not warrant or represent that specific search engines will accept Customer's URLs. Search engines may be unavailable for submissions, and we do not warrant or represent that search engines will always be available for submissions. We do not represent or warrant that Customer's URLs will achieve a favorable position, or any position within search engines.

We expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, correspondence to description and fitness for a particular purpose.
